Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your exchange order has not been processed yet.
- You request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refund Process
If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via Facebook Messenger.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If your refund is approved, the exchanged amount will be returned to your original electronic wallet account.
Exceptions
Please note that certain situations may prevent us from issuing a refund:
- If the exchange order has already been processed and the currencies have been exchanged.
- If you fail to contact us within the specified 24-hour refund window.
