Refund Policy

Thank you for using super exchange cash Service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your exchange transaction, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your exchange order has not been processed yet.
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Refund Process

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via Facebook Messenger.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  4. If your refund is approved, the exchanged amount will be returned to your original electronic wallet account.

Exceptions

Please note that certain situations may prevent us from issuing a refund:

  • If the exchange order has already been processed and the currencies have been exchanged.
  • If you fail to contact us within the specified 24-hour refund window.
